Butter and Joy operates out of Fulton Commons, a shared commercial kitchen and co-working space located in Pittsburgh's North Side neighborhood of Manchester. Custom orders can be picked up here at 1546 Fulton St, Pittsburgh, PA 15233.

The amount of lead time I need heavily depends on the scale and scope of the order. I require at least 7 days notice, but I am usually booked weeks out in advance. Any orders needed less than 7 days out is considered a rush order and will incur a 25% surcharge of the order's total. Printed cookies are the only option possible to complete within 2 days when there is schedule availability.

Yes, I currently offer shipping within the United States. Shipping smaller orders helps prevent potential breakage. To prevent damage on large orders, cookies are shipped in quantities of 2 dozen per box.

Currently, I am only offering my Classic Vanilla Bean and Chocolate. Stay tuned as I slowly bring back my signature flavors like Matcha, Black Sesame, Chocolate Espresso, Taro Bubble Tea, and more.

Currently, my capacity only allows for custom cookies. Be sure to follow my social media channels for pop-up events where I might expand my menu!

Yes! I appeared on Food Network's "Christmas Cookie Challenge" twice. The first time was in 2019 for Season 3, Episode 8 ("Merry Christmas Makeover"), where I took home the $10,000 win.

My second appearance was Season 7, Episode 1 ("Teams of Champions"), where I teamed up with fellow champion Ricky Baker of Spokane, WA and competed against other returning champs. We didn't get to claim the title of two-time champs, but my cookie flavors were a mega hit with judges Ree Drummond and Eddie Jackson.

Yes! Yummyholic was the name I operated under for 11 years (2012-2023). I decided to take a leap on Leap Day in 2024 and rebranded to Butter and Joy to better align with my work in bake therapy.
